Creo is an innovative organization supporting healthcare providers in maximizing the value and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program. We partner with private practices, covered entities, and contract pharmacies to strengthen program oversight, ensure regulatory alignment, and help expand access to affordable medications for eligible patients.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated 340B Program Assistant to support the daily operations and compliance efforts of our 340B program.
Position Summary
The 340B Program Assistant supports daily operational, auditing, and administrative activities of the organization's 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role assists with data entry, report compilation, record maintenance, communication, and other tasks that contribute to program integrity and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
Program Operations & Documentation
Assist with maintaining accurate 340B program documentation and compliance records.
Support data entry, filing, scheduling, and communication across internal and external teams.
Help update policies and procedures as regulatory changes occur.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform data reconciliations between pharmacy dispensing systems, wholesalers, and 340B tracking platforms.
Compile utilization, purchasing, and financial reports for internal review.
Assist in identifying potential compliance issues and report findings to the 340B Program Manager.
Audit Preparation & Support
Help prepare documentation and materials for internal or external audits, including HRSA audits.
Maintain organized audit files, logs, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general data systems.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
Willingness to learn the 340B Drug Pricing Program and compliance requirements.
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or compliance-related role.
Prior experience with 340B tracking or split-billing software (e.g., Macro Helix, Sentry, Verity, RxStrategies).
Basic understanding of pharmacy workflows or healthcare billing.
Previous work experience in a hospital, FQHC, health system, or contract pharmacy environment.
Work Environment
Remote or hybrid work depending on business needs.
Onsite when requested by management.
Flexible scheduling within standard business hours.
Collaboration with 340B Program Managers, compliance specialists, pharmacy partners, and internal departments.
