Introduction:

Castle Cleaners is currently hiring a

CLEANING TECHNICIAN

for the greater Houston area.

Core Hours:

8AM - 7PM

Schedule:

FULL - TIME (Monday through Friday)

Compensation:

We use

advanced scheduling

and

route optimization

technology

to ensure consistent weekly income and a stable work environment for our cleaners.

This will result in a

compensation range between:

Wages:

$1,283 - $1,346

Per Week + Tips

Minimum Weekly Income:

Our cleaners typically reach full capacity within 1-2 months. To support you during this ramp-up period, we offer a guaranteed project payment of

$370 per week

. This ensures your pay stays consistent as the schedule builds toward full capacity.

Automatic Yearly Raises:

Our pay structure is directly aligned with the

MIT Living Wage

calculator. Raises are yearly, automatic and apply to all team members who are actively employed.

Raises are not performance based.

Job Requirements:

Requirement #1:

Must have your own cleaning supplies. Affordable options, such as dollar store cleaning supplies, are enough for the job.

Requirement #2:

Must be able to complete a criminal background check. Background checks are not covered by the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

1)

Using a cleaning checklist to ensure the cleaning is done well and meets standards.

2)

Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces in homes that are already in good condition (homes cleaned weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

3)

Occasionally completing deep-cleaning tasks such as baseboards, refrigerator, or kitchen cabinets when requested.

4)

Providing timely communication when needed to support scheduling and coordination.
