Our Nurse Practitioners work closely with the medical staff at skilled and assisted living facilities, establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and other medical professionals within their designated facilities.

The KareFirst NP performs both acute and routine medical visits for patients as needed, which includes documenting health histories, conducting evaluations and assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, managing health disparities by ordering labs and other tests, prescribing medications, and making referrals. The KareFirst NP also collaborates with patients, their family members, and other healthcare practitioners to ensure optimal care.

Requirements:

Valid State RN License Valid/Unrestricted APRN License ANCC/AANP Board Certification Controlled Substance License & DEA (granted or eligible acceptable we can assist with application)
