is looking for a

Production Operator for our 2nd shift.

Work 40hours / $2.00 shift premium

PRODUCTION OPERATOR JOB SUMMARY

Participate in line setup and production of high-volume brushes and brooms. Ensure machines are operating effectively and efficiently and that production needs are met through daily production efforts. Operate machines and perform light maintenance and cleaning. Perform work that is within safety and quality guidelines.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to all safety procedures and company polices at all times, in all actions Produce, package, and label all product to quality and manufacturing specifications at required production rates. Clean and maintain equipment in work area during and at the end of each shift.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent work experience. Manufacturing experience. Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Problem identification and solving skills. Ability and judgement to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees. Regular attendance and ability to be at work regularly and on time is essential.
