Our automated production lines are used to manufacture car stops, speed bumps, landscape timbers, posts, park benches ,picnic tables and other large profile products. The company also possesses patented equipment for the manufacturing of custom-molded products. These lines dramatically reduce the cost of custom molded products principally because of Plastic Recycling's unique ability to design and manufacture inexpensive molds.

Description:
Machine operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plastic extrusion equipment that produce dimensional lumber as well as custom moldings.
Operators will be responsible for:

Safe operation of extrusion machines and mixers. Logging of machine data throughout shift. Monitoring machine operations throughout shift. Extracting product from tooling, trimming and stacking product for storage or shipping. Quality Control. Communicate positively with incoming and outgoing operators as well as utility personnel and supervisors. Maintaining a clean and safe work area. Troubleshooting machine and or mixing issues. Assisting other personnel as needed and performing any other duties as requested by the production supervisor.
Job requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to withstand the physical needs of a manufacturing environment Must also be able to wear all PPE required to perform job. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. Must be able to work overtime as needed including weekends. Must be able to follow the rules of conduct that will protect the interests and safety of all employees and the company.
