Position Overview:

Pete and Gerry's Organics is currently in search of Production Line Packers. This role is responsible for placing packaged eggs into final shipping cases. These team members conduct the final inspection and ensure the product is being packaged into it's proper case.

Position Responsibilities:

On time punctuality and good attendance Staging of packing materials including boxes, trays, pallets, or labels Label boxes per customer specifications Palletize product with proper closure per customer specifications Pack boxes per customer specifications Monitor date codes per USDA

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a processing environment preferred Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Company Schedule:

1st Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift:

Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM
Schedules may vary based on truck arrivals, order fulfillment needs, machine breakdowns, or changes in production demands. Flexibility is required, as start and end times may adjust slightly to meet operational needs.
