2nd Shift Picker (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)
Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our 2nd shift team as
Pickers
. In this role, you will work alongside advancedLocus Robotics technology
to complete order fulfillment tasks with accuracy and efficiency, helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients.Key Responsibilities
Perform order fulfillment, including locating items, scanning barcodes, and verifying quantities. Operate and collaborate with
Locus Bots
to optimize productivity. Conduct regular cycle counts to maintaininventory accuracy
and promptly report discrepancies. Support warehouse organization by keeping work areasclean, safe, and efficient
. Assist with additional tasks as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the operation.Skills & Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for
8+ hours per shift
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Dependability and teamwork skills are essential.Why Join Us?
