8 hour shift Evening shift Holidays Rotating weekends
The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident's independence and quality of life. In addition, the Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members regarding patient care

-Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.

Skills:

- Experience in senior care or patient care settings CBRF
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
