13 week Home Health RN Contract-Start ASAP
Home Health RN
Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
HCHB experience preferred.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Must meet minimum productivity expectations of 30 points per week.
No weekends or on call.
Area of coverage is Sheboygan/Calumet/Southern Manitowoc counites. Possibility of Northern Washington and Northeast Ozaukee counties as back-up.
