Job Description

VISION

The Math Data Coordinator is an integral member of the Bricolage team and is responsible for implementing and maximizing the visions of DCIAs. The Math Data Coordinator oversees data-driven Tier 2 and Tier 3 Math instruction in order to maximize student achievement growth. The Math Data Coordinator coaches and manages associate and/or intervention teachers in their vital role in academic intervention and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tier 2 Curriculum Implementation

Monitoring implementation of T2 Math curriculum Regular observations Monitoring and supporting data collection including progress monitoring

Tier 3 Curriculum Implementation

Monitoring implementation of T2 Math curriculum Regular observations Monitoring and supporting data collection including progress monitoring

Data Driven Instruction

Creating accessible and actionable data presentations for staff and families Collects and organizes data to support RTI meetings, SAT meetings, and Data meetings

Coaching and Managing Teachers Giving Intervention

Observe and coach teachers who give intervention Manage associate and/or intervention teachers (including PTO, documenting disciplinary action, etc.)

Support Literacy or Math Initiatives

Support DCIAs in data-driven literacy or math initiatives (Math Fluency plan)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Strong belief in Bricolage Academy's mission, vision and core values Strong belief in and commitment to diverse, equitable, and inclusive educational access and equitable outcomes Strong belief in and commitment to the city of New Orleans Bachelor's degree At least 3 years teaching experience Experience differentiating instruction Experience implementing Tier 2 and/or 3 intervention Fidelity in student data collection History of data driven decision making Demonstrated success raising student achievement

Preferred

Leadership experience - coaching, planning & leading professional development Extensive knowledge of spreadsheets Experience using PowerSchoolproducts Experience using FastBridgeproducts
