The Farm at Brush Creek is part world-renowned Brush Creek Ranch www.brushcreekranch.com (http://www.brushcreekranch.com/), a 30,000 acre working cattle ranch and collection of luxury guest ranches in Saratoga, WY, surrounded by the Sierra Madre and Snowy Mountain ranges. Our expanding distillery is searching for a bright, talented, and enthusiastic individual that wants to learn multiple areas of operations within the spirits industry. This position will allow our ideal candidate to work alongside industry veterans in a fun, entrepreneurial, and challenging environment. You will be an active part of learning traditional industry practices, forging new paths, direct consumer engagement and brand-building on multiple levels. The experience will be unique and will further showcase the True Spirit of the American West at Brush Creek Distillery. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn the Brush Creek Distillery brand, our story, our portfolio, and our unique industry positioning

• Exhibit expertise and detailed knowledge of the distillery and our catalog, by becoming an active participant in multiple aspects of the distillery\'s operations

• Promote product knowledge and customer engagement with ranch guest and trade partners during tasting room hours and distillery experiences

• Actively serve as a front-of-house representative in our retail environment to promote the sale of products, merchandise, and positive experiences

• Assist with retail transactions, packaging, and coordination of on-site product delivery

• Support recapping metrics and sales updates to communicate success with our program

• Oversee retail inventory, conduct audits, and communicate needs and/or recommendations

• Assist in staff scheduling, pre-opening preparedness, mid-shift and closing practices

• Serve as a brand ambassador while conducting tastings, educational seminars, and tours

• Strengthen product awareness through storytelling, industry education and guest interactions to upsell retail offerings and distillery experiences

• Deliver satisfaction and strengthen brand adoption with inspirational testimony

• Increase overall industry knowledge by working closely with management and trade partners to better understand the different channels in three-tier system

• Support management with the interaction of trade influencers & brand-building efforts

• Assist in numerous aspects of brand marketing related to social media, advocacy, guest engagement and trade partnerships and communication

• Provide direct support for VIPs, special events, promotions, and trade visits

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Experience related to hospitality management, brand marketing, promotions sales

• Alcohol industry experience preferred

• Passion for the spirits industry, marketing, customer engagement and brand-building

• Strong storytelling skills and ability to education and inspire up to 25+ individuals

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Capable of providing effective input related to consumer, trade, and press events

• Initiative-taker with a keen sense of urgency, adventure, and enterprising spirit

• High-energy, enthusiasm and a good collaborator

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 College preferred. Internship seekers welcome!

• Ability to relocate to Saratoga, WY for seasonal internship (May \xe2\x80\x93 Sep 2023)

PREREQUISITES:

• 21 Years of Age or Older

• Active driver\'s license

• Ability to work off-property as-needed

• Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to provide seasonal internship commitment

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business

• Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, team atmosphere

• Must be dependable, an initiative-taker, loyal and honest

SCHEDULE/PAY/BENEFITS

• Full-Time/Hourly \xe2\x80\x93 Commensurate with experience
