20023 \xe2\x80\x93 SERVICE DESK REPRESENTATIVE II PURPOSE
To ensure that equipment is maintained, and analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

CBU: HMMA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • 45% - Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals
  • 15% - Perform imaging system administration
  • 10% - Open/Close and update work history via the Helpdesk application
  • 10% - Backup/Restore user profiles and data
  • 10% - Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software
  • 5% - Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets
  • 5% - Adhere to Helpdesk standards and procedures to ensure priorities and goals are met
REQUIREMENTS
  • Associates Degree or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing computers
  • Good understanding of networking
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Required certifications - A+, Network+
  • Preferred certifications - CCNA, MCP
