Outside of a diverse project portfolio, they have a very strong Healthcare presence which includes most of the Healthcare systems in the Metro Detroit area. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited school of Architecture. \xc2\xb7 3 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a US Architect\xe2\x80\x99s office. \xc2\xb7 Experience using Revit and/or AutoCAD. \xc2\xb7 BIM experience. \xc2\xb7 Creative self-motivated with good presentation and organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Retail, Commercial, Healthcare and Mixed -Use projects preferred, but not required. \xc2\xb7 Opportunity to work on projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
