Job Responsibilities


Your work helps keep the airport safe, clean, and operating smoothly. Responsibilities include:


Collecting trash, waste, and boxes from restaurants, retail stores, restrooms, and designated areas Emptying waste receptacles, replacing liners, and ensuring areas remain clean and sanitary Safely transporting and emptying tilt trucks into the appropriate dumpsters Maintaining organized, disinfected trash collection areas

Following all CLT airport security rules, regulations, and badge requirements

Using proper PPE at all times and adhering to sanitation standards Reporting hazards, maintenance needs, or unusual activity to supervisors immediately Working professionally, respectfully, and reliably in a secure airport environment

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements:


Must be 18 years or older Must pass a

fingerprint-based background check

(required by airport security) Able to lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds repeatedly Must have

reliable transportation

Able to communicate effectively in English or Spanish Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Must follow all safety and security regulations at all times

Exhibits reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Identification Requirements:
