Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks across various areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and production spaces to ensure a pristine environment. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly in designated areas. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed. Maintain equipment by cleaning and reporting any malfunctions or damages promptly. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during all cleaning activities. Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks like window washing or floor stripping when scheduled. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively with team members. Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining consistent coverage during scheduled hours. Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Pay: $16.00 - $28.16 per hour
