POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for reading, interpreting, and responding to Guest comments and questions by letter or email. Some computer knowledge is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm)

Responding to Guest comments and questions by both letter and email Occasional data entry 10key experience a plus Quiet on-site work environment * Will train for specific needs
