Soccer Shots Central Iowa is a youth soccer organization for children 2 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years old that works in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces, and we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for coaches.

We\xe2\x80\x99ve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel \xe2\x80\x93 you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer! As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 \xe2\x80\x93 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child.

It\xe2\x80\x99s fun for sure, but it\xe2\x80\x99s also a lot of work, and we have high expectations. Other details:

- Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check

- Must have your own car, and it\xe2\x80\x99s reliable

- Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)

- You\xe2\x80\x99ll commit to the entire season \xe2\x80\x93 this is very important given the age of children we work with

- Pay starts at $18 for each 30 minute session

- We have coaches coaching anywhere from 3 \xe2\x80\x93 30+ sessions/week depending on availability

- Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized
