Charge Nurse

Duties:

- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with sterile processing and aseptic technique during procedures
- Perform specimen collection processing and laboratory duties as needed
- Utilize an electronic medical record system for documentation

Experience:

- Valid nursing license
-- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
