What You'll Be DoingPerform routine and specialized testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with specifications Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve product quality Maintain accurate records of test results and quality data Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve quality issues Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards

What Are We Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to interpret technical data and apply analytical thinking Effective communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new procedures and technologies

Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
